Questions

How do I soak chia?

Stir the seeds into any liquid, stir again after a few minutes, and leave for 15 minutes or overnight. They swell into a soft gel.

Do I need to grind them?

No. Use them whole.

Can I eat them dry?

Yes, sprinkled on food. They absorb liquid quickly, so take them with water or something wet.

How long will it keep?

The best-before date is printed on the jar. Keep the lid closed, in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat.

Where are these chia seeds grown?

In Karnataka, India. They are packed whole in our facility in Ghaziabad.

How can I pay and what does shipping cost?

Pay online by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. Orders over ₹799 ship free across India; smaller orders pay a flat ₹90 shipping fee.
