3. Cancellation Charges
- For orders cancelled before shipping, we will refund the full amount paid by you (excluding any non-refundable transaction or payment gateway charges, if applicable).
- If the order has been processed/shipped or special packaging/labelling has been done, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable administrative fee from the refund.
