Refund and Return Policy

At Ganga.one, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange according to the following guidelines:

General Guidelines

  • Return Window: Initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Tags & Condition: Items must be unworn, with tags and barcode stickers intact.
  • Single Return Eligibility: Each order can only be returned once. Orders paid with store credit cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: Report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with images at support@ganga.one.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: Your exchange order will be placed upon the pickup of the returned item. If the requested product is unavailable, we will contact you for alternatives.
  • Refunds: We provide refunds only as store credit, issued within 24 hours of order pickup. Store credit is valid for a lifetime and applies only to the product value, not shipping charges.
  • Damaged Products: For defective or wrong products, a full refund, replacement, or store credit will be offered.

Product Authenticity

Please note, minor differences in color or texture are signs of our products being handcrafted and should not be considered defects.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email support@ganga.one or call +91 8375000761 with the reason for return, including images if the item is damaged.
  2. A return pickup will be arranged within India.
  3. Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
  4. Sale items and products purchased with store credit are not eligible for return or refund.

Return by Mail

  1. Return Label:
    Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label via email.
    • Download and Print the return label provided.
  2. Return Method:
    Attach the printed return label to your package and send it via mail. We will arrange the pickup of your return within India, or you can mail it using the label provided.
  3. Refund Processing Time:
    After receiving your returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refund Timeline

Refunds for eligible cases (wrong or damaged products) take:

  • 14 working days for the return to reach us.
  • 1-2 days for internal checks.
  • 2-3 business days for processing.
  • 2-3 business days for bank or portal processing.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account.

Authority

Ganga.one holds the final decision-making authority in all return, refund, or exchange matters.
