100% Arabica coffee beans from Idukki

Our coffee is 100% Arabica grown in the Idukki district of Kerala, the same hills our cardamom, pepper and nutmeg come from. The beans are given a medium roast and sold whole, so they keep their aroma until you grind them.

Grind just before you brew: coarse for a French press, medium for a filter or pour-over, fine for an espresso machine or a moka pot. For a South Indian touch, crush a green cardamom pod into the grounds before brewing.
